We provide programs tailored to each individual's level. We never push you beyond your limits, and our certified CrossFit coaches provide thorough support so that even first-timers can participate.

How do I join / try a class?

You can do this from the hacomono website.

Can I drop in?

Yes. The sign-up process is currently in preparation. Details will be announced once confirmed.

Are there shower facilities?

We have 2 shower rooms. Please share them courteously with others.

What should I bring?

Please bring training wear, shoes, and water. If you plan to shower, please also bring a towel.

Do you rent training wear and shoes?

No, we do not offer rentals.
